Merry Christmas!!!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to drop in and say have a great Christmas tomorrow!!! This year has flown by! I have great friends by my side the whole time!!!!

My Birthday is in two days!!! I am so happy! I can't believe that I will be fourteen! I remember when I was maybe five or so, in kindergarten, with some people that are still my best friends to this day, I remember that I used to think that people who were fourteen were so much bigger than me. They were, but now I am one of those people! I just can't believe it! It seems like yesterday Ali had a broken arm, and I was having a birthday party with Meredith, Kate, and Kendra! Some of my best friends!

The next thing on the list is Chocolate Labs. I am still in love with them and want one SO bad!

I have church tonight! My book is past 70 pages!!!

Thanksgiving/writing/my birthday...

Thanksgiving is only two days away!!! I am so happy! I can't wait for a long weekend!!!

I'm still working hard on my book... I have about 70 pages, but maybe a little less!

My birthday is only 11 days away!!! I can't wait!

Past Weekend!!!!

I had the best/scariest weekend ever!!!! I went to a thing called Barnabas (it's a mix between a youth retreat and camp) I was REALLY SUPER nervous because this one the activity was Rock Climbing and Rappelling!!! We Rappelled down a 100 foot cliff!!! It was so scary, my friend said that when I came down he saw a huge tear on my cheek... Oh, well back to my story. We also rock climbed, I was so scared when I got down my hands were shaking really bad...

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN THOUGH!!!! AND NOW I CAN SAY THAT I HAVE GONE ROCK CLIMBING AND RAPPELLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so SWEET!!!!

Still working on my story!!!

Writing...

I have had nothing extra to do, but write and read, write and read, write and read... That is okay though!!!

half-marathon!

my brilliant mom ran in the half-marathon today!!! she did great! she is the best she beat her time last year by 4 minutes, which is great for running 13 miles, without stopping!

I love you, Mom! :)

Grandma's and Church Picnic...

Tonight I am going to my Grandma and Grandpa's house! I love going to their house! It's so, like a grandparent's house I guess! haha

Then Sunday is our Church Picnic another thing that I count down to!!!

Books... and Chocolate Labs

are great! They are like the script to a movie! Right now I don't have a book because I haven't had the chance to go to the library lately... very sad, I know. :( It's okay though, because I might get to go later today!!!! Then I will be happy with a book again! :)

If you have the question,did I read a book about a Chocolate Lab? No, I didn't, but this past weekend I got the blessing of going to spend Saturday night at my Meemaw's house with my cousins! It was a blast and Sunday I got to go to church with them which is always great too! Back to the Chocolate Lab; my papaw has a Black Lab mix. It reminded me of how much I love Chocolate Labs! They are so adorable as puppies and when they are grown up! I found this picture to show how adorable they truly are... Enjoy!

Meet the day dreamer...

Who is the girl that owns this blog... I tend to be a day dreamer... I dream all the time about everything. What I wish was happening? What something might be like? You name it and I have probably dreamed about it! :D If something comes in one ear it gets caught on the imagination side of my brain and that is the strait out truth. Half the time I don't even know what I am day dreaming about until I am already half way through the dream! I know this is a random post, but it is a very true post!

Hey guys! How are ya'll doing? How is your weekend going?

Mine is great! just full of what I love reading and writing! Read 17 Chapters last night! Writing I'm not sure how many today!!!

bored...

I guess I find that I have A LOT of time on my hands when I am home all day! good and bad... good because I have time to do stuff that I like; read and write mostly! anyways! I am working on a BIG book that is actually a mixture of what two of my books were gonna be, but it is going to be AWESOME!!!!!

Oh, WELL!!!! I get to read a lot more than I did last year!!! I have already read 2 books this school year and am working on a 3rd now!!! I love it!!!!

Church tonight!!! I can't wait!!! well, I'll write later going to go write! Makes perfect since now right??? I know!

i have no clue what to call this, but i just wanted to state that.... BARNABAS WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I loved it!!! I met a lot of new friends!!! and it was just amazing!!! :)

This is a perfect example... We went to an Otter's game not that long ago and we were walking on a flat sidewalk, and all of a sudden Hope just tripped. My dad caught her just before the concrete broke her fall! haha

200 posts!/School

I think that the last time I posted it was my 200Th post! It seems crazy!!!

School is coming up very fast. It is coming in a whorl-wind of stuff; homework, teachers, substitute teachers, people around you, and your friends. This school year don't get drawn away from God because that is how the cool people are... In God's eyes you are all cool, and he is the only one that really matters when it comes to thinking that you are cool. Don't let having too much homework or sports make your Bible become the book that has been put on hold or you stopped reading because you didn't need to read that for school. The Bible is the most important book. People need to start treating their Bible like they would a library book.

playing school...

my younger siblings love playing school... but it makes me wonder if how they act while we are playing at home how they are at school. they are horrible. noah got a 13% on one page, makes me feel sorry for his teachers. hope got a one legged A, she didn't even try she "turned in" her paper to me and it was scribbled everywhere after i told her to just put numbers on the page, i have a feeling this will be a long year of school for her and her teacher... mia on the other hand has great grades but had already been to the principal's office after 30 minutes of us playing...

Home-schooling....

Some of you might know by now that I have decided that I am going to home-school. Some of you on the other hand probably had no clue that I was even considering home-schooling. I didn't really consider it until I met the public school system.

I also feel like the Lord has lead me to home-schooling. I liked being home-schooled when I was littler. I also liked to be by myself... so therefore my decision has come to home-schooling.

VBS

VBS is this week!!! It is amazing!!! We have an Australian theme! Also I have been doing the words to the songs and putting them on the screen... Whenever I do it I get so nervous that I am gonna mess up and on Sunday I have to do it in front of the entire church! AAAAHHHH!!!

Also I want it to rain!! I love the rain but then I don't want it to rain because of Camden's baseball!!!

Wally-World and Iron Man

So tonight, technically yesterday, my sister had this thing with one of her friends and when we picked her up we had to stop by Wal-Mart and when we did we were in the computer area by the clothes and there was a guy and a girl sitting in the aisle facing the t.v. They were also wearing Iron Man masks... I leaned over to my dad and was like "I think that I have found the future Mia!"

If you know my sister, Mia, then you would believe that this girl could be her someday!! Haha

sorry it's been so long since i have been on here!

Florida was great!!! my job is great! im getting an ipod touch this weekend because of saving money from my job!!!

Want to go to the Cardinals game with shelby, tyler, and ali though :(

school/favorite song/ summer...

i only have one more day of school!!!! then i will be on summer break i can't wait!!!! i won't have any homework until i am in eighth grade!!!!!

my new favorite song is follow you by leeland with brandon heath! i love it you should look it up and listen to it! my mom wants me to sing it at my church sometime, but i figured out that i have in-front-of-people-fobia, so i don't know yet...

summer, i can't wait... i will be working, but still no school!! i can't believe that i am almost an eighth grader!!!!

summer/vacation

school gets out in 7 school days for me!!!!!!!!!! i can't wait till summer!!!!

also 3 weeks from now i will be in FLORIDA!!!!!! woo-hoo! i can't wait!!!!!

field trip

Tomorrow i have a field trip to the religious places... muslim mask (spelling??), hindu temple, christian cross, and somewhere else I think but i'm not sure....

i am great and am so glad that there are only 26 days left of school!!!!

science fair finals...

i never ended up telling you guys what ended up happening with science fair!!! I GOT 2nd PLACE!!! i didn't win the big prize that i wanted, but second place is good for me!!!

no school yesterday or today...

i liked it, but i don't want to have to make up for it...

also if you are crazy Disney Channel watchers than you should have heard about the movie Star Struck... yeah well at my house we have definitely heard about, ali and i have seen it 10 times! now whenever it is on mia and hope will say "ugh! this is all that you watch!" then they will start laughing then come watch it with us!!! it is a good movie!

yesterday "the day for love"

yesterday while i was texting my friend that is in high school we were talking about how she strongly dislikes being "alone" on valentine's day... after our conversation was over i started thinking about this being "alone" and i started thinking that we really are never alone on valentine's day, we always have someone that loves us... i mean just think about that...

there is one main words for valentine's day and those are... LOVE

snow...

i am not sure if i am happy or sad with all of the snow coming and going. i like it on Christmas after that i just want it to be summer. i'm still tired of school... i want school to be over. i want it to be summer, so i don't know if i don't want to go to school tomorrow because we are getting close to having less summer time... i don't want that.

on-the-other-hand Happy valentine's day everyone!!

i needed.....

the day off and the two hour delay!!! it was nice and relaxing!!!

is disappointed....

for 2 reasons...

1. i was disappointed in the refs. at the super bowl last night...(we as a family went all out and wore our colt's jerseys to church!!!)what we will do for our team!

2. my language teacher called me a cheater in front of the whole class when i didn't do anything...

the super bowl is tomorrow!!!! i am so excited! i can't wait! sorry all you saints fans... because the colts are going to bring the house down tomorrow!!!! here is a fact for you people out there who think that the saints will win... the saints have never been to the super bowl, but the colts have...

also i turned in all of my science fair stuff and presented it on wednesday! i got a 24/24 on it! i only missed one, but then i got a bonus point for having a positive attitude!!!

we got midterms this week and i got straight A's just hoping that i can bring the A- up!

finally there is only 3 months till school is over(march, april, and may)!!!!

Superbowl...

well...

i was up until 12 last night working on science fair...

i am so tired, i fell asleep while i was getting ready this morning, and i almost fell asleep in my math class...

on science fair i am going to try to win the Van Gogh Award which i would win $ for just drawing the things on my board instead of having everything typed! i am not sure how much that i could win, but i will gladly take anything! we (dana, my mom, ali, and i) made it look like a checkered flag (the theme was like NASCAR, but the project title was mousecar! get it!) then we drew mice and ya it ended up looking really cool! most people just threw it together real quick and they don't really have a theme and i do so yay!

science fair...

is due in 2 days!!!!! i am freaking out! i don't know if i will get done in time... i have been giving up my lunch time to go to the library though.... i don't think that it is helping that much...

7th grade a struggle...

definitely not it is so easy and i am getting good grades... the only hard thing is trying to find someone that goes to church and watches their language... that is pretty hard for a lot of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at my school...

some kids at my old school made a blog that is called struggling through 7th grade or something like that... but i don't see how they could be struggling they all go to a good Christian based school... the hardest thing with that is the grading scale is hard... other than that i think that they have it pretty good...

update on mousetrap cars...

they are built and we have tested them each five times! i hope that i win science fair! there are some pretty good ones though!!!

today...

was great, but i am very tired very very tired... also i can't play in our last basketball game since i didn't go to school... :(

my dad and i last night built the mousetrap cars for my science-fair project and are going to get them running tonight!

there are only like 80 days of school left!! until it is summer!!!!

right now...

there has been a lot going through my head... pretty much everyone's heads i think...
also today i got to see Nata! i had absolutely no idea that i was going to see her and i spent every minute that i could with her! she is so amazing!
Jonathan has been on my mind a lot too! also Mia and hope's birth mom and brothers the other part of my family... that they will be safe is what we are praying and believing for! Andrise, Nicky and all of the other people that i have come to know and love through Haiti, and it is just wonderful to see how God has kept the people that we know safe!

also i have science fair going on through all of this... basketball... and trying to keep my grades up... is a lot for a 13 year old to take in all in one week...

snow days...

i don't know how many of you had snow days, but mine was great!!! we ended up having thursday and friday off! 4 day weekends sound great to me the only bad thing is that we have to make them up... :( also i am already counting down till spring break!!! like 10 weeks! wow that seems like a while, but hopefully it will go by fast!!!
